This membership provides 24-hour access to the gym for one individual with a 4-month commitment. A one-time $25 enrollment fee is due at sign-up. The membership will be billed monthly and requires a 30-day notice for cancellation.

Family Membership: This membership provides 24-hour access to the gym for a family joining with a 4-month commitment. A one-time $25 enrollment fee is due at sign-up. The membership will be billed monthly and requires a 30-day notice for cancellation.
This membership provides 24-hour access to the gym for an individual joining on a month-to-month basis. The membership will be renewed on a monthly basis until cancelled. Cancellation requires a 30-day notice.

Members who are eligible through their medicare plan receive 24- hour access to the gym. Members need to provide their insurance code when obtaining membership.
