How to Sign Up for a Class:
- Click the link for your desired class
- Login to your Link Fitness account (you have an account if you're a member, have used a day pass, or attended a class before. If not, click “Sign up” on the login screen.)
- Choose who you're registering (yourself or a dependent)
- Select the date you would like to attend
- Choose your package (member or non-member pricing)
- Confirm your booking
Tuesdays
Dance Cardio
A fun, high-energy workout that combines easy-to-follow dance moves with upbeat music.
Time: Tuesdays at 4:15–5:05 PM

Mat Pilates
Focuses on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through mindful, controlled movement.
Time: Tuesdays at 5:30–6:20 PM

- $5 per class for members
- $10 per class for non-members
Group Class Punch Card
- $40 for members (10 classes, expires in 6 months)

6-Week Program: Stronger Starts Now
This women-only program is designed to build strength, cardiovascular endurance, and confidence. Each session includes a warm-up, strength training, and a cardio workout—with expert coaching and modifications to suit every fitness level.

2-Day Option
- Days: Monday & Wednesday
- Times: 5:30 AM, 8:30 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:40 PM
- Price: $75 for members / $110 for non-members

- Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- Time: Friday class is 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM
- Price: $110 for members / $160 for non-members
- Total Classes: 18
